Previously accepted as continuing education credit for the Lakes Region Dental Society.

Run Stable: Building Resilient Endurance Athletes

Many common running injuries start with the same fundamental problems: physical preparedness and training volume. This one-hour interactive program teaches the anatomy and interdependence of different regions in running, as a way of talking about where and why we most commonly see pain arise. Then we get moving to learn ways to strengthen, treat and prepare for whatever the race season brings.

Appropriate for recreational runners and scholastic athletes.
